...!

I've begun development on a video game called Captain Phil's Flying Force. You're the leader of a conscripted canyon racing team and you gotta compete in various races to the death... all the while stirring up a rebellion against the city's malevolent municipality! More to come on that soon.

In the color correction phase of a documentary over sculpture artist James Surls' visit to the Fred Jones Jr Museum of Art at the University of Oklahoma and the simultaneous exhibition opening. Ready to be done! It's been wild, but fun.

Additionally, I've been learning a lot more JavaScript and swimming 2100m twice a week. Probably won't stop at 2100, but that's where I'm at.

My life's really interesting, I swear. I just need to get better at writing about it. Ha

Ending radio silence...

It's been awhile since I posted anything. Been back for about a couple months now. Freelance video editing, animating a couple different projects - one, an action-adventure cartoon and the other's a pseudo-video game design - and as always I'm constantly recording demos.

Soon I want to get an EEG reader and begin playing with a few brainwave-oriented art projects. Shouldn't be too long from now...

It's been awhile since I released any new music, but the semester here in Seoul is drawing to a close and I figured... why not?
Panana Ooyu contains two songs - "Thundersleet" and "Panana Ooyu"

Special thanks to Zach Fox - my hostel roommate in Tokyo who snapped the image used for the cover in Shibuya!!!

I'M PUBLISHED!

Hey, everyone! I've been published in Konkuk University's english language magazine - The Konkuk Bulletin. So I guess you could say I'm an internationally recognized author. I mean, you could say it. Not sure how any of my author friends would feel about that title though.

ha.

BUT HERE IT IS IN ALL ITS GLORY!!!

Cherry Blossom Festival

Yesterday I spent the better part of the afternoon and evening hanging out with Tuomas at the cherry blossom festival in Yeouido Park here in Seoul. Was pretty great.

Chopped together a video. It gets pretty good about half a minute in.

Bike Rides by the River w/ English John

Spent the afternoon biking by the Han with English John (not to be mistaken for Finnish John, whose real name is Henri). My phone died early in, but luckily John's did not.

I forgot how nice it is to ride a bike. That and the weather was amazing today. Think I may have burned.

Grand Children's Park

Today I spent some time wandering around the Grand Children's Park in Seoul with some friends from school. We played some games with a group of Korean students until they told us we needed to leave. Haha. They still wanted to take a picture though!

After that we passed the amusement park, hung out at the zoo, and admired the cherry blossoms (they're starting to release their petals!!! looks like something out of a movie).

Good day overall.

Seoultime Thursday

Hey, everyone! Welcome to my new site. I'll be posting weird music, videos, animation, and what-not while I'm away in Seoul, then I guess I'll continue once I get back to the States.
Updates... updates... Well, I'm not gonna go back over the stuff I've already posted to Facebook, but lately I've been having a really great time. Class is pretty laid back, everyone here's generally really nice and the food is DELICIOUS.

More to come as it comes...
